Banking service interruptions
Beginning Friday, March 20, 2026, we will be merging the ACU and Caisse banking systems. This will enable banking across common in-branch and digital platforms and provide more locations for all ACU and Caisse members for their day-to-day banking. Access to most banking services will be unavailable while we carry out the work of merging our systems.

Statements
Following conversion weekend, your statements will have a refreshed design and will be transitioned to an end of monthly statement cycle.
Caisse product changes
Aligning our products and services is one of our top priorities. Effective March 23, 2026, we will be transitioning Caisse accounts to ACU accounts that best reflect how our members currently bank, borrow and invest with us.
Statements
Starting in March 2026, your monthly digital and/or printed statement will be changing.
We are moving to a relational statement model for our members. What this means is you’ll get a complete picture of all your financial activity - from savings to loans and joint accounts to investments - all in one statement.
Benefits of relational statements:
- Reduces the number of statements required per member
- Easier to understand
- Month-end statement cycle
- Available in your choice of English or French
What you need to know
- Legacy ACU members:
- Statements in the current format will end February 28
- Your first relational statement will be for March 1 – 31, 2026
- All historical statements are available in digital banking
- Legacy Caisse members:
- Your last statement in the current format will be for March 1 – 20
- Your first relational statement will be for March 23 – 31, 2026
- Your 20 most recent historical statements are now available in online banking, with the remaining statements added by the end of April
- Cheque images will not appear on March 2026 statements as we transition to the new statement format
- This temporary change helps ensure improved image quality going forward
- Cheque images will return on future statements
- If you need a cheque image right away, please visit a branch and our team will be happy to help
- Digital statements will be available in online banking within 10 days of the previous month’s end
- Printed statements are typically mailed within 14 days of the previous month’s end
- Statements are available in your choice of French or English
